Weekly sessions are clinically recommended to see consistent progress and reach your treatment plan goals. Regular weekly meetings provide the structure and continuity needed to build momentum, develop new skills, and create lasting change. Spacing sessions too far apart can slow progress and make it harder to maintain therapeutic gains.
